Responsible Gambling

Know What You Are Signing Up For

Large welcome offers can make it tempting to deposit more than planned. At Lolajack the casino package runs over four deposits of at least €20 each, with 20x wagering on deposit plus bonus and 40x on free-spin winnings. Work out what that means for your budget before you accept it, and skip a bonus if the wagering would keep you playing longer than you want. Only adults aged 18 and over may gamble.

Five Rules Worth Keeping

1. Gamble only with money left over after bills, rent and savings.
2. Decide in advance how much you will spend this week and stick to it.
3. Keep sessions short and plan breaks.
4. Never deposit again to recover a loss.
5. Remember that every game favours the house, so gambling is entertainment, not income.

Taking a Break

If you feel you need distance from your Lolajack account, talk to support through the 24/7 live chat or by email. On your own devices, blocking software such as Gamban stops access to gambling websites and apps.

Is Gambling Becoming a Problem?

• You think about gambling most of the day.
• You need bigger stakes to feel the same excitement.
• You have missed work, study or family time because of gambling.
• You have borrowed money or hidden losses.

Answering yes to any of these is a good reason to reach out.
